Hi, I'm Joseph, and I enjoy writing software and solving problems. I'm a self-taught sofware engineer with over 7 years experience, mainly as a full-stack engineer, consultant, and project manager. I'm currently working at rent.com.au and based in Perth (Australia).
Writing software is my passion, and I spend a lot of time building things, learning different technologies, and following my curiosities.
When I'm not at the desk, I enjoy spending time and going on adventures with my fiancé Jaid and son Hugo, as well as staying healthy, and trying to perfect my coffee making skills on our barista machine.
Skills.
I've worked with a lot of different technologies over the years, ranging from embedded devices to JavaScript. These days I focus mainly on web development, and the technologies that I use are Ruby on Rails, NodeJs (Express), React, Docker and Amazon Web Services, and I'm a huge believer of TDD.
